Production begins after your order is confirmed, and each piece is carefully prepared and shipped from Korea.

Production usually takes <strong>3–5 business days</strong>. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
</p>

<p>
Because our pieces are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.
Please carefully check your product, options, quantity, and shipping address before placing your order.

<h4>Returns &amp; Refunds</h4>

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

For returns due to customer change of mind, return shipping fees, original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other international shipping-related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
